Rules for Changes in the Number of Users/Organizations‍
a) An increase in the number of Users/Organizations takes effect immediately and is billed based on the number of days it will be active within the given subscription period (including the date of increase). Billing will be done retroactively along with the price for the next subscription (in the case of a monthly subscription) or in the form of an additional invoice for the remaining days of the subscription (in the case of an annual subscription). If the next subscription period does not follow consecutively, Wflow reserves the right to bill the price for the increase immediately. Subsequent subscription periods are billed according to the increased number.
b) A reduction in the number of Users/Organizations takes effect from the 1st day of the next subscription period. The price for an already paid subscription is non-refundable; adjustments will be made for the upcoming period only. The same applies to the deactivation of organizations.
c) If you no longer actively use an Organization but do not wish to delete it completely, you can deactivate it. In this case, the Organization’s data will remain accessible on the Platform but cannot be further processed. A deactivated organization is charged as a backup.
d) You are obligated to pay the full subscription price even if you do not use all units. Unused units at the end of the subscription period expire without compensation. In the event of contract termination, the customer is not entitled to a refund for unused units.
