As our Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our product strategy. You’ll be responsible for envisioning, developing, and launching products that not only meet but exceed market expectations. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our solutions.
What you'll do in a role:
→ define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals
→ conduct comprehensive market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
→ collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
→ oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality feature releases
→ interface with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and align product goals
→ establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive improvements
What we're looking for:
→ demonstrable experience with product management, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors
→ strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
→ understanding of software development processes, ERP systems, and API integrations
→ excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Czech is a plus
→ proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
